Fail or fight is a coaching company. The specificity of the coaching approach is the microcoaching.
First we support people to design a frame for a major effort, an important project or for a change. The coach and the coachee’s needs to have:
- a clear image of the goal and of the frame of what to achieve
- a precise vision of the means to reach it
=> only then the microcoaching can begin. With a very personalized daily follow up, we work step by step to reach success.
The work is based on a new methodology focusing on 2 innovations:
- micro sessions of coaching several times a day, avoiding to be stuck and not performing
- following a body and mind balance program to increase the energy available for being dedicated.
The microcoaching keeps the coachee’s motivated, balanced, dedicated every day.
To build the frame of the microcoaching we need one or 2 long sessions (1 hour to 2 hours for the intake sessions ). The coach needs to know the coachee’s, understand the project and the difficulties.
When the overview is clear, we work with small sessions of 5 min to 15 minutes several times a day, planned or upon request. We follow a path established in the project planning, we adjust it from a morning to an afternoon, or hour after hour. The coach is there, when it is needed, flexible. The support depends of the quantity of actions to be taken, of the difficulty to perform, of the deadlines. We do a careful follow up to keep track.

We customize for each coachee’s a program, always offering it in the frame of our tools for body and mind balance. Health, balance is the key to perform happily in the longterm.

We become for them the little interior voice enabling them to act now thanks to the accountability set between the coach and the coachee’s.
We support to prioritize the goal, to find a reasonable time to be successful in achieving what is planned. In an effective working relationship, we check that the mandatory actions, part of the global picture, are achieved in a reasonable timeframe. Some action are trivial some require more complexity. We help you to keep your decisions focused on the success of your plan in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening.
