Fail or fight 360° program offers you the right healthy routine

  • Learn with your coach the best choice of nutriments for your body and eat the right quantity at the right time of the day. There is an extensive library about 1000 of ways to follow a diet. We have one based on scientific analysis of the needs of your body, and we just give you easy guidelines to follow. We recommend to eat of everything (with specific measurement) as long as it is as much as possible organic, and not processed food. You validate it with your doctor or your dietitian who adjust it to your specific health condition.
  • Get your body and mind balanced, doing with your coach the right workout and stretching: you get a new long term daily routine,  you will learn or practice cardio training and yoga or pilates or just stretching. 

How do we do it?

We schedule appointments at home/ online: you choose where and when you want to meet in The Hague.

How much time do you need/day?

The program for the food, for the work out and stretching takes at least 1,5 hours/ day 6 days a week during 3 weeks

Package Fail or fight 360° Week 1 

150€ (incl. vat)

  • We choose programs of cardio work out + stretching/Pilates/Yoga to do at least 6 days a week. I help you to prioritize your health program 6 days / week during 3 weeks, I make sure that you DO IT keeping you motivated every day. 
  • I help you to do healthy shopping lists and recipes that are delightful even if you are doing a diet: art will be on the table for 3 weeks. We focus on giving your body the best nutriments 

(it will be validated with your dietitian) 

  • I will coach you during your sport sessions to avoid that you hurt yourself when you begin to train your muscles, I teach you to train at the right intensity to burn fat or to build muscles: I do the exercises with you and I check how you do them the first week.

Package Fail or fight 360° Week 2&3 

15 min per day/ 6 times a week: 50€ (incl. vat)

After a week you have the knowledge to apply what you have learnt week 1. Fail or fight calls you to motivate to do your sport session, for the cooking of your meals upon request. You get microcoaching 15 min/day to begin a sport training or to choose recipes and to check the amount of calories you eat per day and the quality of your food. It is recommended to count a support at least 15/day/6 days a week to build your success. It is important to communicate every day to always adjust the program with your personal needs, your schedule and keep your motivation very high.

The Goal

At the end of 3 weeks you will have the frame of a new routine for long term: 

  • You have in your new life the capacity to do  workout and stretch at least 3 time a week for cardio sessions and Pilates/yoga/stretching to keep your body balanced. 
  • You know the right food that should structure your nutrition (quantity, quality, and beauty on the table).

Being supported in this program means that you will be successful: Fail or fight will give you all the energy and experience to face the difficulties.
